Morgane Aude specialises in banking and financial regulatory matters.

She has developed a particular expertise in prudential regulation (both current and expected CRR/CRD and IFR/IFD framework), banking resolution (BRRD/SRM) and Solvency II issues. Morgane Aude regularly advises banks and financial institutions on remuneration, governance and sustainable finance issues as well as on the development of new regulated activities or products. She also advises insurance companies and portfolio companies on regulatory capital matters. Her experience includes restructuring of banking and financial institutions, with significant expertise in the cooperative banking sector.

Her other sector of activity includes advising banks, financial institutions and insurances companies in relation to OTC derivatives, structured finance and capital markets transactions.
