He assists clients on a variety of transactions, including sell-side and buy-side deals, carve-outs, international M&A and public M&A. His clients include private equity firms, strategic buyers and sellers, and founders. Mohamed also advises on corporate governance matters and management incentive plans.

Mohamed joined the Corporate M&A team at the firm in 2022, after completing his LLM in Corporate Law at VU University Amsterdam. He also holds two bachelor degrees, one in Law and one in Political Science: International Relations and Organizations, both from Leiden University.

Mohamed is passionate about the legal and business aspects of M&A and enjoys working on complex deals. He is committed to delivering high-quality and pragmatic advice to his clients and finding innovative solutions to their challenges.
