Ming Zee advises on matters related to environmental law, climate change, sustainability and ESG, as well as anti-bribery and anti-corruption, modern slavery, supply chain and human rights-related issues.

Her experience includes advising clients on mandatory and voluntary carbon markets frameworks, environmental and social aspects of project finance (such as the Equator Principles and IFC Performance Standards), corporate sustainability reporting and disclosure pursuant to EU and UK laws (including the CSRD, TCFD and ISSB), greenwashing-related risks, and other ESG and human rights-related regulation.

She is also co-founder and advisory board member of Legal Voices for the Future, a non-profit collaborative learning forum for early career ESG lawyers.

In 2026, she was named a ‘Key Associate in ESG’ by Legal 500.
