Mindy has experience advising sovereign wealth funds, private equity and venture capital funds, financial institutions, family offices and multinational corporations across various sectors including banking, technology and healthcare.

  • Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) in a scheme of arrangement involving Cuscaden Peak’s acquisition of shares in SPH for approximately S$3.9 billion.
  • A sovereign wealth fund in its S$200 million investment in one of Southeast Asia’s largest medical diagnostics group valued at close to S$3 billion.
  • An Asian sovereign wealth fund (as lead investor) in its Series E investment (US$80 million funding round) in Bibit, a leading Indonesiabased robo-advisor and digital investment platform.
  • A Europe-based foundation, which manages a multi-billion asset portfolio, in its strategic global restructuring exercise, including its Singapore-based asset management licensed entities.
  • A group of financial institutions in their merger, including the corporate restructuring of a global financial institution’s various subsidiaries and business units.
  • OCBC Bank in its acquisition (via its Indonesia listco subsidiary) of PT Bank Commonwealth from Commonwealth Bank of Australia for approximately S$191 million.
  • DBS Bank in its sale of its majority stake in digital payments business AXS to a private equity fund.
  • The healthcare arm of a private equity fund on a number of transactions, including its various acquisitions of life sciences and clinical diagnostics companies in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
  • Chip Eng Seng Corporation in its privatisation offer by the Tang family for approximately S$600 million.
  • Carousell (as co-investor with Heliconia Capital) in its investment in Laku6, an Indonesia-based e-commerce gadgets marketplace.
  • A leading venture capital fund in its seed investment in a no-code Machine Learning Operations platform.
  • A Chinese family office in its acquisition of various properties in Singapore via share sales.
  • Various financial institutions (including some of the largest banks in the US, France and India) in banking transfers (including acquisition or disposal of banking business), bank mergers, internal restructuring and integration issues post-transfer or post-merger.
