Milla takes care of data room and Q&A-process as well as project management tasks such as coordination of teams and inputs during due diligence phase of the transaction. She also supports the team with searches from German commercial register.

Milla has studied law in Finland, and she is admitted to the Finnish bar under name Luvan saanut oikeudenkäyntiavustaja/Licensed legal counsel (Finland). She supports Corporate and Private equity teams with transactions and other matters. Prior to joining A&O Shearman, Milla worked as a lawyer in Finland in multiple fields of law.
