Miklos is Managing Partner of Hungary and advises on financing transactions in the CEE and emerging markets.
Miklos has experience in a range of banking and finance transactions with a focus on complex leveraged finance, margin lending and project finance transactions. Miklos has represented lenders, sponsors, private equity firms, project companies, investors, international financial institutions and multilaterals, mezzanine lenders, sovereign funds and export credit agencies.
Miklos is qualified in England and Wales and in Hungary.
