He has extensive experience guiding companies through all stages of the deal process, from due diligence to closing.
He holds a Master's degree in Law from universidad Autónoma de Madrid, in Spain, and a law degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, in Spain. Miguel joined the firm in 2024. Prior to this, Miguel gained significant experience at a leading Spanish law firm, where he developed expertise in M&A transactions and real estate matters.
