Zhongsheng on its USD1.3 billion acquisition of Zung Fu (China) Limited HK, a subsidiary of Jardine Matheson operating its Mercedes-Benz dealership in China.

The financial advisers on the public takeovers of HKEX-listed Vinda International by a member of the APRIL group, valued at USD3.6 billion.

The sponsor on the transfer of listing to the Main Board of HKEX of Viva Goods.
