Michael is an associate in the Global Restructuring Group and based in our London office. He advises on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring matters. His clients include banks, distressed debt funds, large corporates, facility and security agents, insolvency practitioners and international financial institutions. During his time at Allen & Overy, Michael has completed a secondment at the firm's Singapore office. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Michael worked in the start-up space, co-founding two start-ups and worked in a Singaporean venture capital fund.
