Michael Jindia

Michael's current practice focuses on patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman litigation and other district court litigation, and intellectual property due diligence, representing biotechnology and pharmaceuticals clients across the life sciences industry. 

Michael also contributes to the firm’s Need-to-Know Litigation Weekly regarding Intellectual Property developments. 

During law school, Michael interned with MIT’s technology transfer office and with the legal department of a Cambridge biotechnology company and was a staff editor for his school’s intellectual property journal.
