As part of the derivatives team, he also advises on a variety of loan-linked derivative transactions, acting for both banks and borrowers in domestic and cross-border matters. Michaël previously worked in the capital markets team, where he gained broad experience advising on debt capital markets and securitisation transactions.

Before joining the firm in January 2023, Michaël studied Financial Law at Leiden University and International Law and Global Governance at Tilburg University.
