Maxence advises debtors, creditors, investors and shareholders on complex domestic and cross-borders restructurings.

His practice encompasses both out-of-court and in-court restructurings. Additionally, he has extensive experience in commercial litigation (including insolvency-related litigation) and distressed M&A.

Prior to joining A&O Shearman, he practiced in another international law firm and was also seconded to a French bank.

He is dual qualified in Paris and New York.
