Maurice Macchi
Maurice specialises in employment law matters.
 

He advises financial institutions, funds and private equity firms, insurance companies, multinationals, and other corporate clients across the full spectrum of employment law. 
 
He has extensive experience in a wide range of areas, notably in advising on strategic restructuring matters such as collective redundancy procedures and transfers of undertakings, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing transactions.
 
He also handles particularly sensitive matters, including investigations into moral and sexual harassment, gender and racial discrimination.
 
In addition, Maurice regularly represents clients in large-scale litigation before the Luxembourg Labour Courts.
