Martina advises financial institutions, such as banks, investment firms and payment services providers as well as non-regulated companies on all aspects of German and European financial regulatory law.
Having worked many years as senior counsel of a global systemically important bank, she has particular expertise in prudential regulation and recovery and resolution including the relevant supervisory practice of the ECB and BaFin.
