Martina has more than 16 years of experience in dispute resolution, particularly commercial, corporate and finance litigation, also with a cross-border nature.

She advises and represents national and multinational clients active in various industries (e.g. financial services, asset management, life sciences, energy, chemicals, consumer goods, manufacturing, etc.) on a full range of issues such as commercial disputes, restructuring and insolvency, ESG-related matters, product liability, class actions, arbitration as well as in criminal investigations/trials related to white-collar crimes.

Martina is an active speaker in seminars related to class actions/representative actions and she is a member of the A&O Shearman’s class actions and Group Litigation international team.

She is the author of A&O Shearman’s Italian chapter on (i) "Non-US Class Actions" in Jonathan N. Eisenberg’s Litigating Securities Class Actions, Lexis Nexis, 2010-2024; and (ii) Lexology Panoramic: Class Actions guide 2024-2025.

  • Assisted NGO active in the human rights field in analyzing the asset recovery mechanisms of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and relevant national legalisation implementing the Rome Statute to obtain financial recovery for the victims of human rights abuses.
