Maroussia joined the firm in 2020 after obtaining a LL.M. degree in Corporate Law and a LL.M. degree in Law and Economics at Utrecht University.
Maroussia specialises in corporate law with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for both private equity and strategic (corporate) investors. Prior to joining the corporate team, Maroussia worked in the real estate department for two years.
