A U.S. technology company Czech subsidiary in connection with various employment and benefits matters, including termination of underperforming employees, home-office arrangements, social security benefits and related administrative proceedings or parental benefits regime.
A US listed international software company in relation to an employee misconduct investigation involving a number of jurisdictions, including principally the Czech Republic.
Czech Export Bank in its arbitration proceedings against MezhtopEnergoBank concerning non-payment of purchase price for assigned receivables.
