He regularly advises on banking, financial services and insurance regulatory matters, with a particular focus on extraordinary transactions involving supervised entities, including banks, investment firms, asset managers and insurance undertakings. He assists asset managers with authorisation and passporting procedures and in the structuring and establishment of alternative investment funds.
 
He also advises on EU capital and liquidity requirements for banks and insurers, as well as on governance and management frameworks for banks, asset managers and insurance companies, and on insurance distribution and related liquidity matters.
