A European leader in digital payments on the acquisition of 80% of a payment subsidiary owned by one of the major banks of Spain.

A Spanish family-owned group on the agreement with a global energy company to promote the conversion of a thermal power plant to gas for its entry into operation in 2025 and the acquisition of 50 percent of the plant.

An international ports, industrial zones and logistics operator company in its acquisition of a Spanish-headquartered logistics group.

A Spanish company leader in transport infrastructure on the sale of its interest in an Irish highway to two international investors.

Irish regional airline on its alliance with a Spanish regional airline in order to create a European regional airline alliance.
