Margie leads the A&O Shearman’s marketing function for the Americas region, overseeing its client engagement and development as well as its go-to-market brand and digital marketing, and communications strategies.
As a key advisor to regional leadership, she leads partner initiatives designed to drive revenue growth across the Americas region. Margie also serves as a connector tying local expertise to colleagues across the global network.

With more than two decades of experience in Am Law 100 law firm management, Margie brings deep experience in practice, sector and regional business development and marketing. She has a reputation for results-driven strategy and execution and is regularly referred to as a “positive disruptor,” constantly challenging her team to think outside the box when it comes to client-centric legal services innovation.
