He focuses on domestic and international players, including primary banks and sponsors, as well as financial institutions and private equity funds on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex financing transactions as well as on regulatory issues connected to the banking and finance sectors.

He gained a significant experience in real estate finance transactions (also in connection with ESG-related loans) acting on both borrower side (in particular real estate investment funds) and lender side (including alternative lending institutions and securitization vehicles) in connection with the acquisition and development of logistic assets, luxury hotels, self-storages, primary offices and fashion outlets.
