Marco has significant experience in handling complex domestic and cross-border disputes and arbitrations, involving antitrust issues, unfair competition, abuse of economic dependence and consumer protection, across various sectors such as banking, FMCG, packaging, entertainment, TMT, and pharma.

Marco is also a member of GAIL (Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers) and part of the firm’s global ESG Group. As such he has acted as counsel in multiple greenwashing matters.

He combines his legal expertise with a strong analytical and strategic approach to deliver high-quality and tailored solutions to meet the clients' needs.
