Marcell's responsibilities include assisting with legal issues related to the M&A process with a focus on German tax law, planning and implementing projects, and advancing the technological development of the team's work using legal tech.

Marcell is an experienced professional who joined A&O Shearman in 2019. He holds a LL.M. degree in German Business Law from FOM University in Cologne and Munich, is a trained mediator and supports the German Tax Team in international transactions as well as in project organization. Prior to his role at A&O Shearman, Marcell supported German law firms and international corporations in the areas of recruitment and financial services.
