Mai specializes in intellectual property, privacy and data matters.
She represents clients in and out of court to protect their trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents, know-how, trade secrets and data. Her experience includes (cross border) patent enforcement and associated Dutch civil procedure matters. She also advises on intellectual property and data protection strategies in corporate/M&A transactions, such as licensing and transfer of intellectual property rights, restructuring of intellectual property portfolios and compliance with data protection laws. Mai graduated with honours from Radboud University Nijmegen and joined the firm in March 2022.
