She advises investors, developers and lenders on property transactions, renewable projects and developments. Mai has experience in a wide variety of (real estate) transactions and her work includes the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and project documents as well as advising on (bankable) contract structures. Mai joined the firm in 2022 and is a member of the Dutch Bar Association.
