  • Advising two defendants in a 3.5-week trial in the Supreme Court of Western Australia regarding the sale of a business and a subsequent claim of alleged misleading and deceptive conduct in contravention of s 18 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and s 18 of the Fair Trading Act 2010 (WA).
