Luis is graduated in Business and Law at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and obtained a dual Master’s Degree in Access to Legal Practice and Tax Consultancy at the Universidad de Navarra.
He has experience in domestic and international financial transactions covering bilateral, multilateral and syndicated financings, as well as debt restructurings.
He has also experience advising both sponsors and lenders in connection with project finance, structured finance transactions, acquisition financing and refinancing.
