A leading shipping company on Green Marine Fuel Corridors including green hydrogen to ammonia and methanol plants. This includes all regulatory aspects (RED II and RFNBO) and the development, construction and financing of a series of giga-projects (including in Oman).
Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets on the c.GBP1bn acquisition of a majority stake in Southern Water, a provider of essential services to 2.6 million water and 4.7 million wastewater customers across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, and the Isle of Wight.
