Lucy advises private equity funds among other clients on a range of commercial real estate activities including real estate finance transactions, acquisitions, sales and commercial lettings for both landlords as well as tenants on HQ relocations.
She acts on SPV and asset acquisitions, single-asset and portfolio acquisition and development financings, pre-lettings, lettings and re-lettings to occupiers, and disposals. Lucy’s experience spans a variety of use classes including prime office space, mixed-use and residential-led developments, retail space and warehousing/distribution assets.
