Louisa has a broad experience of corporate transactions including private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and fundraisings. She has particular experience of working on major complex cross-border transactions.

Providing pro bono advice through Maternity Action and Coram Children's Legal Centre initiatives.
