On a data center construction relating to a multi-billion dollar giga-project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Tamasuk Holding Company and Alghanim International (as sponsors) on the first hospital PPP project awarded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) and the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) on phases 2 of the Noor LED street lighting PPP project in Abu Dhabi.
A prequalified firm in its tender for the restructured £2.7bn Birmingham Highways PFI contract (previous firm experience).
