Livia Gauntlett

Livia has experience advising on a broad range of private equity and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, management equity plans, and general corporate work across a range of sectors, including industrials, energy, and infrastructure.
Livia trained and qualified as a solicitor at a US law firm in its London office, where she gained experience in the firm’s Leveraged Finance, M&A / Private Equity and Restructuring practices. Livia also completed a six-month secondment to a Premier League Football Club.

  • One Equity Partners and Buckthorn Partners in their acquisition of Acteon Group, the international offshore energy infrastructure services business, from entities controlled and/or advised by KKR (previous firm experience).
  • Buckthorn Partners in its US$210 million sale of Coretrax to Expro (previous firm experience).
  • Ashtead Technology in its acquisition of ACE Winches (previous firm experience).
