Lina is a corporate finance lawyer who specialises in helping clients raise capital through various sources of equity financing.  
She guides them through the legal and regulatory aspects of launching and growing their businesses, from the initial stages of securing seed or venture funding, to preparing and executing their initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and to raising additional funds after listing through rights issues, placements, or other methods.  She also assists clients with complying with the Hong Kong Takeovers Code and the Listing Rules when they are involved in public takeover transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, or privatisations.  Her clients include both private and listed companies across different industries and regions, as well as international financial institutions that act as underwriters, investors, or advisers in equity transactions.  Lina is a recognized leading capital markets practitioner by various legal directories. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
