Lili is a member of the firm's English law banking team and the CEE and SEE International Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Group.
Further to working on English law finance transactions, she also provides Hungarian law advice. Lili acts on a range of cross-border transactions including leveraged finance, margin lending, project finance (including Projects, Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure - PENRI) and corporate lending transactions. She represents lenders, borrowers, private equity firms and international financial institutions.

Representative matters

The syndicate of lenders on the multi-billion-dollar financings of a global mining conglomerate.

Several PE-driven margin lending and leveraged finance transactions in emerging markets.

Cineworld, the world’s second-largest cinema chain on its corporate finance facilities and the restructuring of its debt in the framework of Chapter 11 proceedings administered in Texas.

 

 

 

 

Pro bono

Mentoring students through the special mentorship program with Romaversitas, a leading educational and advocacy organization to help young people from the Hungarian Roma community.

Taking part in a food donation programme organized by Budapest Bike Maffia, a local organization supporting homeless people.

Member of the Human Rights Working Group Committee.
