She has experience in a wide range of commercial and corporate M&A transactions including private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, FIG, TMT and private equity deals, and advice on general corporate matters. She has particular experience of managing major complex deals, frequently on a cross-border basis. Leticia has been awarded Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch in 2022: Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Law".
