  • Obtained landmark victory before New York Court of Appeals on behalf of NYCLU concerning the public disclosure of law enforcement records related to allegations of officer misconduct.
  • Represented class of incarcerated individuals in long-standing class action civil lawsuit against Suffolk County for unconstitutionally inhumane jail conditions in two facilities.
