Leo advises corporate trustees and agents on a range of financial products, such as standalone bond issuances and MTN programmes, subordinated capital issues, securitisations, project financing, secured lending and other forms of asset-backed and structured finance.
Leo also advises on post-issuance matters, such as restructurings and refinancings, bondholder meetings and on the exercise of trustee powers, duties and discretions.

Clients on a bridge facility and takeout project bond issued by Salerno Pompei Napoli S.p.A to finance the takeover of the concession for the operation of the A3 toll road in Italy.
The trustee on the GBP120m Tier 2 issuance by Sainsbury’s Bank plc.
The merger between a subsidiary of a global financial institution with The Scottish Investment Trust plc, creating a combined entity worth over £1.3bn.
