Leila advises clients on various corporate transactions in Morocco and Sub Saharan Africa.
She has acquired experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and investments, across a range of sectors and jurisdictions. She regularly acts for leading multinational corporations, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and family offices on their strategic and financial deals.

Managem SA in relation with the acquisition from IAMGOLD Corporation of mining assets in Senegal, Mali, and Guinea.

Kelix Bio on the acquisition of Pharmaceutical Institute SA.

the shareholders (including the management) of four MedTech companies (the Rayon Group), on the sale of a majority stake of their capital to Helios Investment Partners.

Mitsui & Co Europe PLC on its acquisition of an additional stake of 21.5% of Zalar Holding, becoming the main minority shareholder in Zalar.

Bank of Africa and SATT in relation to the development of Mohammed VI Tangier Tech City, a 2000-ha smart city project launched by the Moroccan government which include modern industrial zone and logistics park.
