She is involved in advising domestic and international clients on complex and cross-border transactions corporate transactions (private equity and industrial M&A), across a range of sectors and jurisdictions. Leila also provides general advice to companies in connection with their intragroup reorganization. She regularly acts for leading multinational corporations, listed and non-listed companies, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and family offices on their strategic and financial deals.
Prior to joining the firm, Leila worked for an international high profile law firm in Paris for three years.
