Laura advises on a wide variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, with a focus on transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Laura also has experience working on equity capital markets transactions (including in particular IPOs) and general corporate and listing advisory work.

Laura spent time on secondment to an offshore wind developer in 2024 and to a corporate client operating internationally in the entertainment sector in 2020.

DigitalBridge and Brookfield on their acquisition of a majority stake in GD Towers from Deutsche Telekom valued at EUR17.5bn.

Macquarie on its investment in Belgian data centre firm KevlinX.

Castleton Commodities International LLC on its sale of its interests in two CCGT power stations based in the Netherlands.

CAB Payments on its IPO on the premium listing segment of the London Stock Exchange (issuer's counsel).

Pro bono

Laura regularly volunteers as an adviser to pro bono clients on housing, debt, and employment issues at free and independent legal advice centres in London.
