Kym has over 20 years’ transactional and advisory experience, having worked in private practice in Australia and Japan in capital markets and banking and finance practices, and as in house counsel for a Japan headquartered securities firm in London.
Kym has also held specialist knowledge lawyer roles in London, advising on debt capital markets for the capital markets practice of a global law firm and in the banking and finance team of a global provider of legal and regulatory intelligence. She joined the ADL team in Perth in 2025.
