In particular, Kristie has assisted a leading insurer with change of control application and regulatory notifications in Hong Kong in the run up to listing. She has also advised a major securities group with an internal reorganisation involving an inter-group amalgamation, involving both change in control and fresh licensing applications. Kristie regularly advises banks and start-ups on virtual asset and tokenised securities-related issues.
