Kirsty is an associate in the Advanced Delivery Legal team, who joined the firm in September 2015.
Kirsty works primarily on corporate transactions with a focus on private M&A. She also has experience working on large multi-jurisdictional reorganisations and has spent time seconded to the London Corporate team, working on a regulatory restructuring of a large financial institution in order to comply with UK ring-fencing obligations and also to Consulting, working on an independent report into the audit practice of an international professional services firm for a regulatory client. Kirsty has further completed a five-month client secondment to an international asset management firm in Luxembourg and continues to assist the client by leading a team of ten working on the client’s quarterly board minutes workstream for the 450+ entities in its Luxembourg investment platform.
