Kevin has extensive experience in the shipping, satellite, offshore marine, aviation and rail markets having acted for owners, sponsors, private credit providers, banks, financial institutions, export credit agencies, lessors, airlines, leasing companies and charterers across a wide range of deals in the transportation and space sectors including on financings, securitisations, private placements and other capital markets transactions, joint ventures (both investment platforms and the establishment of transportation lender platforms), asset acquisitions, leasing and chartering arrangements, construction and procurement arrangements, lease financings, restructurings and portfolio sales. He also acts for the Maersk McKinney Moller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping as part of a long-term contribution to decarbonising the maritime industry.
