Keshini specialises in securitisation, including residential mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities in domestic, US and Euro markets.
She has experience acting for all participants involved in securitisations including originators, issuers, trustees and investors. Keshini also has experience acting for a number of issuers on their unsecured domestic programmes and in “plain vanilla” capital markets issues.
