Lawyer

Kendra advises on complex private M&A transactions and strategic investments.

She has acted for domestic and international clients on high-profile acquisitions, restructures, and disposals, including transactions involving Australian financial services licensees and Australian credit licensees, authorised deposit-taking institutions, and cross-border corporate groups.
