She focuses particularly on disputes involving banks, investment funds, and other financial institutions. She also has experience assisting clients in the context of investigations, including dawn raids and regulatory inquiries.
 
Kelly completed a six month secondment with one of the banking institutions represented by the firm. She is admitted to practice in New York State, Paris, and Luxembourg.
 
Before joining the firm in October 2023, Kelly worked as in house counsel for LVMH’s champagne, wine, and spirits brands.
