Keith represents banks, private credit funds, direct lenders and other financial institutions in a range of domestic and cross-border financings.

Keith has deep experience advising on asset-based lending (ABL) transactions, with a particular expertise in ABL facilities provided in connection with acquisition and other event-driven financings. Keith is in the highly-regarded U.S. Leveraged Finance group and has experience with split-lien, super-priority revolvers, first and second lien debt structures, asset-based lending, tech/software lending, cash flow lending, syndicated and direct lending, mezzanine debt, refinancings and recapitalizations.

Keith has represented lenders providing commitment letters and financing in connection with a variety of business sectors, such as apparel and accessories, enterprise software, aftermarket automotive, pet products, lumber, building materials, flow-control products, industrials, home goods, self-storage, packaging products and plastics.
