Keith is in the highly regarded U.S. Leveraged Finance group and has deep experience advising on asset-based lending (ABL) transactions, including ABL facilities provided in connection with acquisition and other event-driven financings. His work spans split-lien, super-priority revolvers, first and second lien debt structures, tech/software lending, cash flow lending, syndicated and direct lending, mezzanine debt, refinancings and recapitalizations.
Keith has represented lenders providing commitment letters and financing across a variety of business sectors, including apparel and accessories, enterprise software, aftermarket automotive, pet products, lumber, building materials, flow-control products, industrials, home goods, self-storage, packaging products, and plastics. He also advises clients on capital solutions, helping to structure and optimize financing across the capital stack to address complex funding needs and strategic objectives.
