Kathryn is an intellectual property litigator specialising in patents.
Her experience spans a diverse range of sectors, including life sciences, consumer goods, and energy.  She has represented clients in patent litigation matters before the English Courts and has coordinated complex, multi-jurisdictional patent actions.  Additionally, Kathryn has provided loss-of-exclusivity advice to patent holders, conducted freedom-to-operate analyses for third parties, and advised large pharmaceutical companies on regulatory issues in the life sciences sector.
