  • Anglo American plc in connection with its business combination between its nuGenTM Zero Emissions Haulage Solution and First Mode Holdings, Inc.
  • The Chefs’ Warehouse in its acquisition of Chef Middle East, a leading distributor of specialty food and beverage products in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Oman, from Gulf Capital.
  • LBO France and Yarpa on the sale of McIntosh Group, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-end home audio equipment, to Highlander Partners.
