Katharina Jünemann


Katharina specializes in legal advice on industrial property rights, in particular trademarks and designs, copyright and trade secrets, advertising law and unfair competition.
She advises on projects related to the transfer and monetization of intellectual property, be it in M&A transactions, joint ventures, licensing or other constellations, as well as on questions of e-commerce and further distribution rights.


Pro bono

Supporting an international NGO in relation to applications of vulnerable Afghan citizens under the German Federal Admission Programme for Afghanistan (Bundesaufnahmeprogramm für Afghanistan).
